On the iPhone, iMessage lets Interface read the messages you receive and answer them for you; Phone use lets it see your screen and use the phone with the ring. Add either or both: tap the button, then “Add Shortcut”, then turn on the Automation switch at the top of the shortcut: iOS always adds automations switched off, and only you can turn one on.

On Windows, SmartScreen may say the publisher is unknown: choose “More info”, then “Run anyway”. On the Mac, open the zip and drag Interface to Applications.
